I founded B/Nutrition after completing my diploma in Naturopath Nutrition at CNM with distinction. I have always been interested in nutrition and during maternity leave I had time to reflect upon what was important to me and where I wanted to focus my energy in the future. I took the decision to leave my job as an events director and change career to become a nutritional therapist.

I embarked on a 3 year college course and what a journey, the body is truly amazing and without a shadow of a doubt it is affected by what we eat. I know this sounds simple and possibly a cliché but it is true. There are so many people having problems conceiving through various reasons, people being diagnosed with autoimmune diseases or suffering with depression all of which I feel can be treated with dietary and lifestyle changes (independently or alongside medication).   I spent 3 years working for Glenville Clinics at Tunbridge Wells and Harley Street and now work privately at a few clinics in my area as well as online consultations.

I also advise customers on choosing the right supplements for their needs at the Natural Health Practice.

Health and well-being can be achieved through dietary changes, I myself have been able to manage the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome and given my body the nourishment it needs to give me the energy and vitality to live life to the full.

B/Nutrition can offer advice and develop a balanced diet specifically for you, benefitting your health and well-being, ultimately finding your nutritional balance.
