I founded B/Nutrition in 2016 after graduating with distinction in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). Nutrition has always been a passion of mine, and during maternity leave, I took the opportunity to reflect on my values and long-term goals. That period of reflection led me to make a significant career change, leaving my role as an Events Director to pursue my true calling as a Nutritional Therapist. Most recently, I qualified as a Health Coach at CNM, expanding my skills and enabling me to support clients on a broader and more holistic level.
Throughout my studies and clinical experience, I’ve seen firsthand just how incredible the human body is, and how profoundly it is influenced by what we eat. While it may sound simple, even cliché, I firmly believe in the powerful connection between nutrition and health. I’ve worked with individuals facing fertility challenges, autoimmune conditions, and mental health struggles such as depression—many of whom have experienced significant improvement through targeted dietary and lifestyle changes, either independently or alongside conventional treatment. I spent three years working with Glenville Clinics in Tunbridge Wells and Harley Street, and I now run a private practice across several local clinics, as well as offering online consultations.
For over nine years, I also advised customers at the Natural Health Practice, helping them choose the most appropriate supplements to support their individual health needs.
Health and well-being can be achieved through dietary changes, I myself have been able to manage the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome and given my body the nourishment it needs to give me the energy and vitality to live life to the full.
B/Nutrition can offer advice and develop a balanced diet specifically for you, benefitting your health and well-being, ultimately finding your nutritional balance.
