What to Expect in Your Nutrition Consultation
Initial Consultation:-
A single, personalised 1 hour nutrition session designed specifically around your current health goals and concerns.
Once an appointment has been made, I will send you a detailed questionnaire and a one week food diary for you to complete and return to me prior to your first session.
In this session I take a detailed health history including: your family history, details of your medications, exercise patterns, stress levels, dietary habits and obtain more information into your key health symptoms.
If you have any recent blood test results from your GP or specialist it can be helpful to provide this information at the first session. This session results in:
recommendations for appropriate dietary and lifestyle changes
recommendations for laboratory testing if appropriate
recommendations for supplements if appropriate

Weight Management
Whether you're considering weight loss for the first time or have been on this journey for years, nutrition can make a real difference, especially if you're using GLP-1 medications. These medications can help reduce appetite and support weight loss, but a nutritious eating and lifestyle plan is essential to protect muscle mass, prevent nutrient deficiencies, and promote long-term success. With the right support, you can feel healthier, stronger, and more in control of your goals.
Hormone Balance
A carefully structured programme to help with each problem, to gain relief and maintain optimum health. Problems include:- The Menstrual Cycle, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, The Menopause and Osteoporosis. Many problems are caused by an imbalance of hormones which can be re-balanced with a hormone-balancing diet and lifestyle changes.
Menopause
Menopause affects every woman differently, but if you're experiencing symptoms, you're not alone — around 8 in 10 women do, and these symptoms can last for several years after your last period. The good news is that nutrition can play a powerful role in helping you manage these changes. From easing symptoms like fatigue and mood swings to supporting healthy weight and hormone balance, the right nutritional approach can help you feel more in control and more like yourself again.
