Discover why eating less food is not always the most effective way to lose weight and stay healthy. This three-week course aims to explore the many elements that can contribute to a healthy mind, body and lifestyle.
It can help with the following:
Reducing inflammatory conditions
Using a broad range of nutritional expertise, Birgitta Pain, founder of B Nutrition will cover different areas throughout the course, including Managing stress, Balancing hormones, The importance of sleep and Digestion. This course will provide you with an insight and practical guide into what can be done to help you lose weight and say goodbye to dieting forever. We will be joined on Week 2 by the lovely Ruth Jane from Ruth Jane Yoga who will show us some yoga moves to help reduce stress and also general wellness. During the evening on Week 3 there will be some cooking demonstrations on how to make healthy snacks like protein balls and chia seed puddings.
